HEI welcomes three new employees to our firm: Taylor Foley joins our Minot, ND, team as a Technician I, while Justin Kassen and Victor Gronvold both join our Fargo, ND, team as an Engineer I.
Taylor will work in the field and in the office providing construction observation and CAD drafting services along with some survey and construction staking. He is a Minot native and earned his associate degree in civil engineering and land surveying from the North Dakota State College of Science.
Taylor will plug in seamlessly with our team through his experience at the North Dakota Department of Transportation and Ward County Highway Department. He should also be a familiar face to many as a past HEI intern.

Justin will support water resources and municipal-related projects by preparing detailed engineering analyses, technical reports, and design plans as well as collaborating with CAD designers, engineers, and subcontractors. He is a native of Goodhue, MN, and earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering with minors in mathematics and psychology from North Dakota State University.
Justin served four years active duty in the United States Marine Corps, is currently in the Marine Corps Reserve, and brings engineering experience from his internships with Cass County and Goodhue County.

Victor will support water resources-related projects by preparing detailed engineering analyses, technical reports, and design plans as well as collaborating with CAD designers, engineers, and subcontractors. He is a native of Rugby, ND, and earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.
Victor has previous experience assisting with transportation and roadway projects through his work at Apex Engineering and the City of Rugby.
