About Kathy
Kathy joins HEI’s team in Barnesville as an administrative assistant. Kathy is originally from Lamberton, MN, and earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Southwest Minnesota State University.

- In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, camping, fishing, swimming, and spending time with her family
- Married with one girl, two boys, an English Mastiff, and two cats
About Paul
Paul joins HEI’s team in Fargo as a civil engineer. He will be assisting with hydrology and hydraulic evaluations for surface water modeling as well as water board related efforts. Paul is originally from Currie, MN, and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from South Dakota State University.
