Josiah Erickson, Zach Holweger, and Dominic Neameyer transition from interns to full-time engineers working in HEI’s Fargo office.
Josiah is originally from Williston, ND, and earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. Josiah will be working in the transportation service sector focusing on roadway projects. In addition, he will be working as a resident project representative.

Zach is originally from Ada, MN, and earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. Zach will be working in the water resources service sector focusing on surface water and modeling projects. He will also assist in developing construction plans for municipal and water resource district projects and will serve as a resident project representative on these projects.

Dominic is originally from Bismarck, ND, and earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. Dominic will be working in the water resources service sector focusing on flood control and water boards projects. Dominic will assist in developing construction plans as well as working as a resident project representative on various flood control projects throughout the region.
