DeVine Joins HEI

Chase DeVine joins HEI's Fargo office as a survey technician. He will be working with our survey department performing various field survey duties. Chase is originally from Fairmont, ND, and is a recent graduate from North Dakota State College of Science where he earned his degree in land surveying and civil engineering technology.
