During these unprecedented times, we are proud of how our employees have continued to provide high-quality services for our clients while adjusting to new working environments and schedules. Working from home can be challenging for many families, so we thank our staff for responding so well to the sudden shift in operations. Throughout the Stay at Home order in Minnesota, our offices continued to serve our clients at high quality with remote work, while maintaining the safety and health of our entire community.
As a result of Minnesota Governor Walz’s business requirements, our Minnesota employees will perform daily check-in health screenings and engage in training events to reinforce health and safety procedures in place for office operations to resume. There is a general COVID-19 Preparedness Plan for our Minnesota offices with location-specific requirements. For example, doors remain locked at our Maple Grove office except for deliveries. In addition, office modifications have been implemented as employees begin to return to the office and will continue to phase-in with additional staff over the summer months. While we hope to reopen our Maple Grove office in a smaller capacity in the coming months, our staff continue to perform effectively from home offices and facilitate remote meetings with staff and clients.
Our remaining offices continue to transition into operations more similar to pre-COVID times, except for the social distancing and increased sanitation efforts. Internal and client meetings are slowly returning with, again, social distancing practices in place. We continue to stress that client, contractor, and employee interactions need to continue exercising recommended safety practices.
Safety will continue to be at the forefront of what we do, as we monitor the situation in our community and follow recommendations from the CDC and governors.
