Donna J. Bye joins HEI as a planner working out of our Minot office. Donna will be adding even more depth to our urban and community planning department.
With her background in the public planning sector, Donna can assist our clients in navigating and complying with the many different city codes and ordinances that are required for property development.
Donna’s education in landscape architecture and environmental design will add additional services to complement our planning department.
A Little About Donna
Donna brings more than 16 years of planning experience to HEI's team. She previously worked as the chief resilience officer and city planner for the City of Minot advising land developers and property owners on planning, zoning, and other planning procedures and policies.
Donna is active in the North Dakota Planners Association and is also a board member of the International Peace Gardens serving on the planning and development committee and horticulture committee. Donna grew up in Williston and Minot, ND, and holds a BLA in landscape architecture and BS in environmental design from North Dakota State University.
